Tonia Farman, Founder & Director
Tonia had a vision for Athletes for Cancer while going through her brother’s experience with Leukemia, and watching him battle for his life. Scott passed away in June 2007, and Tonia's efforts as an advocate for cancer prevention and support took off. Tonia served as a leader in action sports since 2001 managing marketing efforts for various brands and publications. She is a recipient of SELF Magazine's Women Doing Good Award and spends her time and energy solely on Athletes for Cancer.
