Tonia Farman felt helpless. Four years ago, when her brother, Scott, was diagnosed with leukemia, Farman was able to do little more than sit and watch as he battled for his life. Even the doctors had few answers and insisted there was nothing to do but wait to see how the cancer responded to each treatment attempt — but Farman was tired of waiting....
